User errorA major AI company recently created a mobile app for its chatbot. It helpfully included a social feed showing users' questions, text, and images. Of course, many of those users didn't realize their chats would be shared publicly, resulting in embarrassing and private information appearing on the social feed. This is a relatively harmless example of how user error can lead to embarrassment, but don't underestimate its potential to harm your business.
